While Wyoming may not be known for its sports teams, there are still good athletes to come from this state out west. With no professional sports franchises, the University of Wyoming, is the main attraction when it comes to athletics. The University of Wyoming is a Division I school out of the Mountain West Conference, with 7 men and 8 women sports that compete at a high level every year.
